If your 2012 was anything like mine, it was a great year filled with transformation, hope, uncertainty, dreams, and life changing choices.

I’ve chosen 12 photos and 12 blog posts (not necessarily related) from each month to capture what 2012 has meant for me. I thank each and every one of you reading for joining me on my journey and am deeply grateful to be connected to all of you. All my very best wishes for an incredible 2013!

I love these posts. It’s such a great way to look back at the year. Now that I have a blog, it’s much easier to remember everything. haha. Happy 2013!

  • I love these photos…are you in CA? There is nothing better than going through old photos…so much fun to reflect. I *really* miss actually going through printed photos…I think that will be one of my goals this year, is to pick out some fave images and actually have them printed 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Desiree! Many of these photos were in CA. I lived in SF for almost 3 years before leaving recently to start my RTW adventure (lots more to come on that soon). I know what you mean about printed photos. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of them. I think it’s a great idea to get some printed! It seems that the more our technology advances, the more we long for parts of the past. I seem to have noticed a resurgence in typewriters as well. Hope you’re having a great Sunday and best wishes for the week ahead! 🙂

Beautiful photos! It looks like you had quite the year. Your cousins son is adorable! I think my favorite photo is the sidewalk art…. it always reminds me of Mary Poppins!

    • Jacqueline says:

Thanks Elle! I did indeed, and it’s about to get better. I’m heading out in a week to Panama and from there will explore Central and South America for 3 months. Super excited! I’m glad you like my sidewalk chalk–sometimes you just need to get out there and be a kid for an afternoon. 😉

    Hi there

It was good to go through your year Jacqueline. I thought it was wonderful that you moved out into TV even though the first few episodes were a bit draggy. Must confess I still like your blogs better than the TV interviews… but hey! we all need to practice.

Keep trucking and have a great year ahead.

Thanks for the well wishes, Audrey! Creating a web series was far more involved than I ever imagined. Will be continuing the 2nd season while on my round-the-world adventure. Those episodes will be shorter, more action-packed, and hopefully less draggy! 😉
