Up until recently, I've never had a reason to write "Part 2" on any of my posts. Tonight I have the honor of being recognized and nominated again for 6 Months to Live. Thank you so much to The Phoenixplains and Love Out Loud for nominating me for both the Versatile Blogger Award and the Liebster...
Good morning, December 1, 2011! It is officially my favorite time of the year. Rather than presents this holiday season, I ask that you support my Kickstarter project. I'm creating a 6 Months to Live web TV show. My goal in launching this web TV series is to start a movement that creates...
Wow! I was recently nominated by 2 fellow bloggers for the Versatile Blogger Award. Thanks so much nitabrownsugah and Sherline! I really appreciate this honor and am humbled by the inspiration you both have gained from my blog. It means a lot! And the rules for the Versatile...
It's hard to believe it's been 2 years since I started 6 Months to Live. November 11, 2009, I was sitting on my mom's couch that evening carefully crafting the theme, the name, and the beginning widgets for this blog. I knew almost nothing about blogging and even less about Wordpress. I had...

Some of the sweetest moments in life are the simplest. At the start of another week/2 months and 2 weeks of the experiment, it seems fitting to write 22 of what I consider to be life's simple joys. 1. A stranger's smile 2. Songs that are too beautiful to contain words 3. Climbing...

Welcome! Almost three years ago, I was asked a single question that changed my life,
“What would you do if you had 6 months to live?”
No one knows when our time will come, so why wait? We can enjoy life now. We can pursue our dreams. We can LIVE for the present while also planning for the future. My vision is to create a community of people who support and inspire each other in choosing meaningful and authentic lives. Together we can make a difference. Life is waiting.
