Who is it for?
- Best for people who have a specific topic they want to focus on
- People who want to experience how I work to see if a full-time consulting is a win-win
- Clients who want a quick check-in and strategic boost
- Topics can include: digital marketing, copy, revenue stream creation, social media strategy, getting clear on next steps, breaking through a specific issue, or anything else that is mutually agreed upon
What is included?
- 1 hour one-on-one coaching
- Review of relevant materials prior to the coaching session
- Diving into the topic with key takeaways
- Recording (if on phone)
- Mutually agreed upon deliverables (i.e. copy revisions)

Catalyst Kickstarter | 90 Days
Who is it for?
- Best for people or companies who want more in-depth support or who have longer projects
- Clients who have full-time jobs and are working towards making a transition that supports them
- Clients who are launching their business
- Clients who are going through a transition and are wanting to get clear on next steps & how to create them
- Clients who have well-established businesses and are expanding or looking to expand in a variety of areas
What is included?
- 3 months of one-on-one coaching/consulting (six 90 minute sessions or twelve 45-minute sessions)
- Access to all self-paced courses
- Unlimited email support
- Action items and resources
- Action plan that we co-create
- Deliverables based on the projects, clients, and criteria
